Education Qualification for JNPA Recruitment 2025:
Trainee Civil Engineer:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a Institute/ Board recognized by Government of India.
- 2 Years post qualification experience in Civil maintenance/ construction. OR
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a Institute/ Board recognized by Government of India.
Junior Engineer (Civil):
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a Institute/ Board recognized by Government of India.
- 6 Years post qualification experience in Civil maintenance/ construction. OR
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a Institute/ Board recognized by Government of India.

Technical PA to Chief General Manager:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a Institute/ Board recognized by Government of India.

Salary:
The stipend details for the positions of Junior Engineers, Trainee Civil Engineers and other are as follows:

- Technical PA to Chief General Manager: Rs. 60,000/- per month

Selection Process for JNPA Recruitment 2025:
- The selection of shortlisted applicants for engagement will be subject to verification of the required certificates, in original, as indicated in the JNPA official advertisement.
- Non submission of requisite certificates by the applicant during this process will disqualify his/her candidature from further participation in the selection process.
- Further, if during verification it is found that the requisite certificates do not meet the prescribed criteria, the applicant’s candidature will not be considered for further participation in the selection process.
